This is a cycle to help improve your chest to bar pull ups. The focus in this cycle will look at the development of the cycle rate of each repetition and also increasing the amount of volume you are able to do.

This is a supplementary program to your training program and will require you to perform two times per week on your day of choosing with AT LEAST one day between sessions. This program will be 6 weeks in total.
