Define Your Fitness Goals
Let us be very clear on what our goal(s) actually are. The only thing that matters is the test(s) and how we prepare for those.
Look at the Recovery Required to “Stay Ready” All Year Round
If an average human is expected to function best on 8 hours sleep per night, what do you think an elite / aspiring athlete would require? Think of things like, mobility, nutrition, sleep, stress levels, HRV and ultimately, your plan to accommodate for these things throughout a daily / weekly / monthly make-up.
Carefully Calculate Your Training
Sit down with one of the coaches and create an appropriately designed program and plan. Environment holds an extreme amount of value when determining your training sessions / times.
Getting the appropriate gear / equipment
What does the appropriate gear for your specific needs look like? Do you need shoes, clothing, machines, weights etc…? Will any of these items facilitate you toward achieving your goals? These items should be seen as investments and NOT expenses.
