How It Works

You’ll sign up, pick your goal, and log your starting point. If you're in Christchurch, we'll do a bodyscan to start and finish. Each week, you’ll get a new challenge, tips, and support through our private group. You’ll track progress, earn points, and stay accountable from start to finish.

FAQS

This challenge is for anyone, and all fitness levels. In our programming we have different options to accomodate everyone.

Absolutely – we recognise that everyones goals are not the same. Our programming accommodates both, and we’ll have nutrition information available for whatever goal you decide.

We have two programming options available. The Foundations track – if you can’t make it to gym, or have limited equipment at home, this is for you. All of the programming on this track is available to do from anywhere.
Our second option is the Performance track. With this programming, you’ll need access to gym equipment such as a barbell, weights, rack etc

While we are based in Christchurch, New Zealand, this challenge is open to anyone, from anywhere.

If you’re already a member at 64 Fitness, that’s great! We’ll have the BodyScan team come in at the start and end of the challenge so you can get your scans then. You’ll be following the programming in our classes.

If you’re not a member already but live in Christchurch, you’ll also be able to come in for the Body Scans, and we have options available if you’d like to train from 64 Fitness for the 8 Weeks, or if you’d just like to train at your current gym.

There sure are! We’ll have prizes throughout the challenge for people who are crushing the weekly tasks, and a final prize for the overall winner who brings the greatest change.

No – that’s completely optional. You’ll track your own progress privately unless you choose to share. This is a personal journey and we respect your comfort level.
